Terms of use

Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Lithium X website and the interfaces it provides for the LIX presale, claims, staking, referrals, and airdrop tasks. Lithium X, also shown as LithiumX, operates this site. A registered company, address, and governing law have not yet been published. When a legal entity is disclosed, that entity is the contracting party, and these terms will be updated with its jurisdiction. Until then, these terms still apply to anyone who uses the site.
By opening the site, connecting a wallet, or sending a transaction through an interface on the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the interfaces.
What Lithium X is
Lithium X is a blockchain project aimed at connecting digital assets with the lithium economy. The long-term objective is to identify, evaluate, and, where feasible, structure qualifying lithium-related assets so they can be represented digitally. That work is prospective. The website describes development objectives. It does not record that a producing mine, proven reserve, or specific mineral title already sits behind LIX.
LIX is the native digital token of the Lithium X ecosystem. The published token details are: name LithiumX, symbol LIX, 18 decimals, a fixed total supply of 10,000,000,000, and a published buy and sell tax of 0%. Intended network for the live token is Ethereum. Holding LIX is participation in that ecosystem and in whatever utility the project later builds. Holding LIX does not, by itself, give you ownership of a mine, mineral rights, a mining operation, equity in a company, or an interest in any specific lithium reserve or project. That kind of interest exists only if a separate legally binding document says so.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher. You are responsible for deciding whether digital-asset activity, a token presale, staking, or an airdrop is lawful for you. Do not use the site if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a place where that activity is prohibited, or if you are on a sanctions list, including lists administered by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
You confirm that you are using the site for yourself, that the wallet you connect is yours or is used with the authority of its owner, and that information you provide through a signature or a referral address is accurate.
Wallets and transactions
Lithium X does not custody assets and does not hold your private keys or seed phrase. You connect a wallet you control, through software such as WalletConnect. Every purchase, approval, claim, stake, unstake, and airdrop signature is a transaction or message that you authorize in that wallet. You pay network fees. Transactions on a public chain are public and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed by Lithium X.
Check the network, the contract address, the amount, and the token before you sign. A wrong network, a mistyped amount, or an approval you did not intend can result in lost assets. Lithium X is not responsible for losses caused by a compromised wallet, phishing, a third-party wallet, or a transaction you approved.
Presale
The published sale is divided into seven stages. Stage prices, in US dollars per LIX, are $0.05, $0.08, $0.12, $0.18, $0.26, $0.36, and $0.45, with stage caps of 200 million, 300 million, 400 million, 500 million, 600 million, 700 million, and 800 million LIX. Accepted payment assets are ETH, USDT, and USDC. The published soft cap is $5,000,000. The published target for token generation is 3 May 2027. At that event, 10% of purchased LIX is scheduled to unlock. The remainder is subject to a 180-day cliff and then release over 540 days. A published launch reference price is $0.50. These figures describe the sale as published on the site and are meant to stay aligned with the presale contracts.
The contracts control execution. If the interface and a confirmed on-chain result differ, the chain result is the one that happened. Stage availability, price, caps, payment assets, the soft cap, refund conditions, and the unlock schedule can be changed in the contracts or in a later published notice before you buy. A purchase is final once the transaction is confirmed, except where the contracts themselves provide a refund. Participation in the presale is not a promise that LIX will be listed on any exchange, that a market will exist, or that the token will have any particular value.
Interfaces may be pointed at a test network while the sale is being prepared. A test-network transaction uses test assets and does not purchase live LIX. Read the network shown in your wallet before you sign.
Claims, staking, referrals, and airdrop
The claim interface is for withdrawing LIX that the vesting contracts mark as available, after the sale has ended, any soft-cap condition is met, and the token-generation time has passed. If the contracts are in a refund state, claims of vested tokens do not open. Nothing on the claim page creates a right beyond what the contracts record for the connected wallet.
Staking, where it is open, lets you lock LIX from a purchase position or from the connected wallet under the plan terms shown in the interface and enforced by the staking contract. Rewards, lockups, and which plans accept wallet tokens can change. Staking can result in locked tokens for the stated term, and unstaking follows the contract, not a request to Lithium X.
A referral value stored in your browser is an address you choose to attach to a later purchase flow. It is not an account, and it does not by itself pay a reward. Any referral allocation is only what the presale contracts record.
Airdrop points are a record of tasks associated with a wallet: social tasks you mark with a signature, and a buy task derived from purchases the presale contract reports. Points are not LIX, not a debt, and not a promise that an airdrop will occur, or that any later distribution will match the points shown. Task lists, point values, and eligibility can change or end.
No offer of securities or mineral title
The site is informational and provides software for interacting with smart contracts. It is not a prospectus, an offer of securities, a solicitation to invest, or an offer to sell an interest in mineral rights. LIX is not presented as a share, a fund interest, or a receipt for lithium metal. You are responsible for your own legal, tax, and financial decisions. Read the Disclaimer before you use the presale or any other interface.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, evade sanctions, misrepresent your eligibility, interfere with the contracts or the site, probe or overload the interfaces, submit false airdrop signatures, or impersonate Lithium X. You may not copy the site to run a deceptive presale, or use Lithium X names and marks in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, and the Lithium X and LIX names and marks are owned by Lithium X or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to view the site and use the interfaces for their stated purpose. You do not receive any other license. Smart-contract code that is published on a public chain remains subject to whatever license, if any, accompanies that code.
Third parties and blockchains
Wallets, WalletConnect, RPC providers, block explorers, Telegram, X, and the underlying networks are third-party services. Their availability, fees, and rules are outside Lithium X’s control. Public networks can halt, reorganize, or change fees. A failure of a wallet, a provider, or a network is not a failure Lithium X can reverse.
Changes, suspension, and availability
Lithium X may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update. The roadmap, partnerships, allocations, and product surfaces can change as the project develops. Interfaces can be suspended or discontinued, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. On-chain contracts that have already been used may continue to operate independently of the website.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and interfaces are provided as is and as available. Lithium X disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that contract addresses displayed will remain current, or that LIX will have any market. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lithium X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost tokens, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the site or from on-chain activity. Where a limit is not allowed, liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Other terms
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Lithium X about use of the site, alongside the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. They do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. The current text on this page is the operative version.
