Not advice and not an offer

Nothing on the Lithium X website, in the presale, claim, staking, or airdrop interfaces, or in linked posts on Telegram or X, is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or mining advice. Nothing on the site is a prospectus, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation to buy securities or an interest in a mineral project. Lithium X does not act as your broker, advisor, or fiduciary.

You alone decide whether to connect a wallet, buy LIX, stake, or complete a task. Consider your own circumstances and, where you need it, obtain independent professional advice before you act.

What LIX is, and what it is not

LIX is a digital asset within the Lithium X ecosystem. Its intended role is utility and participation as the project develops. Holding LIX does not, by itself, constitute direct ownership of a mine, mineral rights, a mining operation, or an interest in any specific lithium reserve or project. That kind of ownership exists only if a separate legally binding document expressly provides it.

Lithium X is being developed with the objective of identifying and, where commercially and legally feasible, securing qualifying lithium-related assets, and of building a framework that could later represent those assets digitally. At launch, and until an asset, the ownership rights, and the documentation are formally established, the token is not represented as backed by a producing mine or a proven mineral reserve. References to lithium, batteries, electric vehicles, and real-world assets describe the project’s field of interest and its objectives. They are not a statement that those assets already underlie LIX.

No guarantee of value or outcome

Digital assets can lose all value. There is no guarantee of a market for LIX, of exchange listings, of liquidity, of a trading price, or of any return. Published stage prices, the $0.50 launch reference, the $5,000,000 soft cap, allocations, and the fully diluted figure shown on the site are project figures, not a prediction of what a buyer can sell LIX for.

The roadmap is a set of development objectives: foundation, market access, ecosystem work, possible tokenization, and later expansion. Those phases can be delayed, reordered, reduced, or dropped. Partnerships, team details, and asset agreements will be disclosed when they are finalized. A mention of an intended partnership or listing is not a completed agreement.

Airdrop points, referral displays, and staking rewards shown in an interface depend on program rules and on smart contracts. They are not a promise that tokens will be distributed, that a reward rate will continue, or that a task will remain eligible.

Forward-looking statements

The site includes statements about plans, demand for lithium, tokenization, and future utility. Those statements are intentions and expectations. Actual results can differ because of markets, regulation, technology, financing, counterparties, and geology. Past or third-party figures about lithium demand, including public scenarios from agencies such as the International Energy Agency, are general industry context. They are not a forecast of LIX.

Smart contracts, wallets, and networks

Purchases, claims, and staking are executed by smart contracts on a public blockchain. Code can contain defects. Transactions you sign are irreversible. Lithium X does not hold your keys and cannot reverse a payment, restore a lost seed phrase, or recover tokens sent to the wrong address. Network congestion, reorganizations, and fee spikes can delay or affect a transaction. Interfaces may be connected to a test network while development is underway. Test assets are not live LIX and have no claim on the project.

An audit, if one is shown, is a point-in-time review by a third party. It is not a guarantee that contracts are safe, complete, or suitable for you.

Regulatory and tax risk

Digital-asset rules differ by country and change often. A presale, staking rewards, or a later distribution can have tax consequences, and they can be restricted or prohibited where you live. You are responsible for compliance, reporting, and any tax you owe. Lithium X may restrict interfaces where it believes use would be unlawful, without advising you on your own obligations.

Third-party material

Links to Telegram, X, block explorers, wallet providers, and other sites leave Lithium X. Those services have their own terms and can be unavailable, inaccurate, or unsafe. A link is not an endorsement. Contract addresses and prices shown from third-party feeds can be wrong or delayed. Confirm details in your wallet before you sign.

Limitation

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lithium X is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on the site, for loss of tokens or funds, or for the acts of wallets, networks, and other third parties. The Terms of use describe that limitation in more detail and govern your use of the interfaces together with this Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
