Who this policy covers

This policy describes how the Lithium X website handles information when you read the site or use the presale, claim, staking, referral, and airdrop interfaces. Lithium X, also shown as LithiumX, operates the site. A registered company has not yet been published. Privacy questions go to [email protected]. The practices below are the ones the site actually uses.

The site does not ask you to create an account. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address through any form on these pages.

Wallet address and signatures

If you connect a wallet, the interface receives the wallet’s public address and the network it is using. That address is already public on the blockchain. The site uses it to read balances, presale purchases, claim positions, staking positions, and allowances from contracts, and to prepare transactions for you to approve locally in the wallet.

Airdrop social tasks ask you to sign a message that states the action and the task. The site checks that signature against the connected address. It does not receive your private key. Purchase, approval, claim, and staking actions are blockchain transactions you sign in your wallet. Those transactions, including the address and amounts, are public on the network you use.

Airdrop records

For the airdrop page, Lithium X stores rows in its own database. Each row contains the wallet address, a task identifier, and the points assigned to that task. Social tasks are written when a valid signature is submitted, and they are deleted when you undo the task with a valid signature. The buy task is written or removed by checking the public presale contract for purchases by that address. The page reads these rows back when it loads an address.

Points are an internal record of task completion. They are not a profile, and they are not sold. The database does not store the text of your social-media accounts, only the task identifier you chose to complete.

Information stored in your browser

The site stores two values in local storage on your device. A theme preference, under the key lithiumx-theme, records whether you chose a light or dark appearance. A referral address can be stored so a later visit to the presale still shows the address you entered. Both values stay on your device until you clear site data or the interface removes the referral value. The site does not run its own analytics or advertising cookies.

Connecting a wallet can involve WalletConnect and Reown, which may set their own storage or cookies under their policies in order to keep a session. Those providers receive connection data needed to link your wallet to the page. Lithium X does not control that processing.

Blockchains and infrastructure

Reading balances and sending transactions requires a remote procedure call to a node provider, and the provider sees the request, which includes contract addresses and the wallet address being queried. Confirmed transactions are replicated across the network and appear on public block explorers. Lithium X cannot edit or delete on-chain history.

The database that holds airdrop rows is hosted for the project. Hosting and node providers process data only so the interfaces can function. Lithium X does not sell personal information and does not share wallet addresses for advertising.

How long information is kept

Airdrop rows remain until the related task is undone, the buy task no longer matches the presale contract, or Lithium X deletes them because the airdrop program has ended or a deletion request is honored. Theme and referral values remain in your browser until you remove them. On-chain transactions remain for as long as the network keeps them.

Your choices

You can use the marketing pages without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect the wallet in the interface, decline a signature, and undo a social airdrop task, which deletes that row. You can clear local storage in your browser to remove the theme and referral values.

You may request deletion of off-chain airdrop rows for your wallet by emailing [email protected]. Include the wallet address. On-chain purchases and other public transactions cannot be deleted. If a request cannot be completed because the address still has a qualifying purchase and the buy task is derived from that public record, the response will say so.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 18. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A wallet address submitted by a minor should not be on the site. If you believe a minor’s information is in the airdrop database, email [email protected] and ask for that row to be deleted.

International use

Node providers and the database may process information in countries other than yours. Public blockchain data is replicated globally. By using the interfaces you understand that wallet activity is not confined to one country.

Changes

If the site starts collecting a new category of information, or a legal entity is published, this policy will be updated and the date at the top will change. The current page is the version that applies.
